How to Implement
1Install in Gmail
- 1.Copy the generated HTML email signature.
- 2.Open Gmail > Settings (gear icon) > See all settings.

2Install in Outlook

- 2.In Outlook desktop: File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

- 4.In Outlook web: Settings > View all Outlook settings > Compose and reply.
- 5.Paste the signature in the email signature box.
- 6.Set as default for new messages and replies.
- 7.Save and test by composing a new email.
3Install in Apple Mail
- 1.Open Apple Mail > Preferences > Signatures.
- 2.Click '+' to create a new signature.
- 3.Uncheck 'Always match my default message font'.
- 4.Open the generated HTML file in Safari, select all (Cmd+A), and copy (Cmd+C).
- 5.Paste into the Apple Mail signature editor.
- 6.Drag the signature to the desired email account in the left column.
- 7.Set as default signature for that account.
